A little sumthin, sumthin……………..
Thursday, September 6th, 2007Since the last time I wrote, I managed to pick up another workout partner, which brings the total in our group to 3. The good thing about that is they motivate me when I feel a subpar effort coming on. The negative aspect is that it can make your workout longer and sometimes you have to be creative in keeping the flow of the workout up to par.
Deadlifts have been increasing by the week. I’ve been trying to focus on the form and have been feeling very strong. My new lower back strength has tremendously helped my barbell rows, squats, and T-Bar rows. Abs have been coming along great. I love training abs with weight!! That’s just about all thats been going on. Gotta go. Lets get ready for some football!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
