It’s Friday Again!
Man, have I been slackin’! I’ve been staying up too late the last couple of nights. I could’ve easily slept in this morning. Work has caused me to miss some meals over the past 2 weeks, and female issues have been trying to derail my efforts. I woke up late today and had to haul ass to the gym. Didn’t have too much time, so I did a whole superset workout for Biceps and Triceps followed by abs. I’m usually a medium weight , straight set kind of guy, so the supersets kicked my butt a little. It’s always fun to do something new though. Next up is the 20 rep squat routine. It’ll be my first time doing it so I’m gonna be seriously hurting.
