Guess I need to start getting a move on with this blog thing! Anyway, my traps are singing today. Man…..I did shoulders yeterday and I’m trying to catch my traps up. I’ve prioritized them, and will try to hit them from different angles. I started with dumbell shrugs, and followed that with a superset of front barbell shrugs and 75 degree lying dumbell shrugs. Yes, I am definitely feeling it. Next week maybe I’ll throw in some behind the back barbell shrugs with some shrugs on the freemotion machine, followed by some isometrics. New stuff is always fun!
Today is arms day!! I’m gonna try more volume for the triceps. For so long I’ve always been about moderate to heavy weight, but I think it’s time to switch it up a little. That combined with putting more effort into my eating should do the trick. I’ve been missing a few meals because of work

Biceps have never been a problem for me. I love it when people say if you caught your tri’s up you would have an 18-20 inch arm. No sh**. It’s not like you can put it on over night, it takes time.
Get to do abs today as well!! I’ve just really started getting into abs which is a shame. My bodyfat has always been low and I have always been active, so I could kind of get away with it. I’m actually starting to enjoy doing them, and it is great to see the improvement from week to week.
Oh well, gotta finish eating this oatmeal and head to the gym.
