I was injured (rolled ankle) in Oct-08 and couldn’t work out for almost 5 months. I gained insane amount of bodyfat where I went from a bodyweight of 210 to a whpping 252 lbs. I am certain it was mostly in the form of bodyfat. On Feb.2-09, I started on my path of recovery and focused on eating healthy. I started working out on Feb.16-09 and after a weekI was finally able to workout without severe ankle pain. I am now down to 200 lbs and the bodyaft is melting of like crazy. Workouts are feeling great!
