			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Here&#8217;s the thing.&nbsp; I haven&#8217;t been able to workout regularly in about three weeks.&nbsp; I was sick for a week, then I was on a trip to Europe for 10 days, then I came home and am now sick again.&nbsp; I am finally starting to feel better, but unfortunately, I lost about 5 to ten pounds and I&#8217;m freaking out!!&nbsp; I&#8217;m wondering if anyone has any tips to help get me back on the wagon because unfortunately I have forgotten a majority of what I use to do and eat!&nbsp; Any tips would help!&nbsp; God Bless

She cracked my back and neck and I feel like a new man!&nbsp; THe only downside is I have to take some days off which really pisses me off!&nbsp; I already took a break so this makes it two weeks without a full body workout!&nbsp; SHIT!

		<description><![CDATA[Well my back feels better now, but I&#8217;m doing legs and abs tomorrow.&#160; Everything would be fine if I didn&#8217;t have to do squats, but I do. I&#8217;m considering doing dumbbell squats so I don&#8217;t get hurt, but I don&#8217;t know if that will affect my back either!&#160; Any advice?

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well my back felt better so I thought I would try working out today.&nbsp; Everything started out fine.&nbsp; My chest routine was amazing with no problems.&nbsp; Then came my tricep workouts.&nbsp; I was doing narrow grip dips and I had slight pain but I thought I could push through.&nbsp; Well, I did push through but at a consequence.&nbsp; Right now I&#8217;m in serious discomfort in my upper back and even though it&#8217;s gotten better it&#8217;s still a pain in the ass. Adding to the pain is the fact that my chiropractor is closed until Friday due to July 4th.&nbsp; He has the weirdest hours for some reason and I&#8217;m always in pain when he is off!&nbsp; This sucks!!!!</p>
