Need Help!!
Here’s the thing. I haven’t been able to workout regularly in about three weeks. I was sick for a week, then I was on a trip to Europe for 10 days, then I came home and am now sick again. I am finally starting to feel better, but unfortunately, I lost about 5 to ten pounds and I’m freaking out!! I’m wondering if anyone has any tips to help get me back on the wagon because unfortunately I have forgotten a majority of what I use to do and eat! Any tips would help! God Bless
