In serious pain!!!!!
Well my back felt better so I thought I would try working out today. Everything started out fine. My chest routine was amazing with no problems. Then came my tricep workouts. I was doing narrow grip dips and I had slight pain but I thought I could push through. Well, I did push through but at a consequence. Right now I’m in serious discomfort in my upper back and even though it’s gotten better it’s still a pain in the ass. Adding to the pain is the fact that my chiropractor is closed until Friday due to July 4th. He has the weirdest hours for some reason and I’m always in pain when he is off! This sucks!!!!
