I’m Okay!

So I went to the chiropractor and I feel much better.  She told me that the rib was back in place and that my muscles are just very sore and tender. She cracked my back and neck and I feel like a new man!  THe only downside is I have to take some days off which really pisses me off!  I already took a break so this makes it two weeks without a full body workout!  SHIT!

Scared for tomorrow!!

Well my back feels better now, but I’m doing legs and abs tomorrow.  Everything would be fine if I didn’t have to do squats, but I do. I’m considering doing dumbbell squats so I don’t get hurt, but I don’t know if that will affect my back either!  Any advice?

Sore as hell!

Well now that I’m back into the swing of things after taking my break I can honestly tell you it hurts like hell.  Seriously, between my back, arms and chests, I’m not sure if I’ll be able to do anything today! I just gotta keep reminding myself that it is all for the best and I will only get bigger from here on out! But damn this hurts!

I’m in Serious Pain!!!

Well my back felt better so I thought I would try working out today.  Everything started out fine.  My chest routine was amazing with no problems.  Then came my tricep workouts.  I was doing narrow grip dips and I had slight pain but I thought I could push through.  Well, I did push through but at a consequence.  Right now I’m in serious discomfort in my upper back and even though it’s gotten better it’s still a pain in the ass. Adding to the pain is the fact that my chiropractor is closed until Friday due to July 4th.  He has the weirdest hours for some reason and I’m always in pain when he is off!  This sucks!!!!
