I’ve decided to put off working out for a couple of days. My body is just depletd of all it’s energy right now and I think a 4 day break will get me back to speed. MY last workout went very well though, but I felt like I was gonna just give up half way through. I don’t feel overtrained, but a little time off is just what the doctor ordered. I’m gonna resume working out on Wednesday.

Great workout overall. Pushed out some extra reps with my Incline Bench Press and had an exhausting ab session. Made great progress overall so I can’t wait for Friday for thighs and arms!

Now, I have written about this before, but I feel that it’s something that needs to be addressed. People in my gym don’t understand the term working out. Seriously, they just sit, talk, do a set of crunches, and then repeat the cycle all over again. Then, they do set of machine bench presses, then get up and leave. It drives me crazy! I want to say something, but I don’t want to come off as some pompous ass. For instance, today, I had two guys who were talking about how each can do 75 decline crunches. Then, they did only about 25 reps, complained about how exhausted they were, and then did it 5 more times. I wanted to say that they were doing it wrong, but I try not to talkto anybody and remain focused on the task at hand whenever I workout. Still, does anyone think that I should say somehthing if something like this happens again?

Oh…my…gosh. I am exhausted. One of my best beck and calves day in recent memory. My only problem was not having my lifting straps, but I still was able to increase my deadlift by 10 pounds. Awesome workout and I can’t wait for Wednesday for my favorite workout seesion: Abs and Chest.

Worked on my abs today. Got in some stomach vccuums, reverse crunches, vertical crunches, and bicycle crunches. My abs were burning! Great workout so I’m happy.

So, I saw Usher today at my gym yet again. He is a really quiet guy and obviously wants to keep to himself and I respect that. Today was also arms and thighs day. It was a killer and I am extremely sore right now. Tomorrow it’s going to hurt like hell! Can’t wait for a nice relaxing weekend though.

Hey everybody, I would just like to thank all of the people who have been so kind and helpful on this site. My self coonfidence has soared as a result and I’m finally starting to be happy about the way I look. Trust me, for me that is a huge deal. I’ was the fat kid when I was little and the sick looking kid through a majority of my teenage years. Now, I have people giving me compliments, telling me how much better and happier I look, and I owe a lot of it to this site and the awesome people who helped me out with their advice and support. Thaks a million everybody. Here’s to continuing this success!

Great workout today. Was able to break plateaus and made progress on every excercise. Threw in some oblique work to change things up a bit. Pretty sore right now. Watching American Idol right now. Man, I wish Sanjaya was off this show! I mean, he seems nice but, come on. Sorry for going off topic. I’m reeeaaalllyyy bored!

Today’s a rest day. Just a relaxing day free from stress, got some work done and now I’m off to eat some nice juicy steak! Tomorrow is abs and chest day so I’m really psyched for that!
