Ok so I’ve been doing this crossfit for about 2 months now and I’m in better shape now than I’ve ever been. My coaches wanted to my against my better judgement to compete for a national qualifier. I placed 4th…….not to bad but top 3 got to go. GGRRRRRR!!!

Ok……..so I’m trying this new Cross Fit gym. One day and it totally kicked my ass. Maybe I actually have a chance in meeting my april goal of bf% and wieght and get off the f’n plateau!!!

Need to loose another 10 to 15……eating right(mostly)…..lots of cardio……lots of water!………and I’m stuck!!!!!! ARGH!!!

Ok heres the deal. Everyone says that the best judge of progress is the mirror. You know…because muscle wieghts more that fat, it is possible for someone to gain weight while losing fat (nearly impossible for us average folks). I hit a plateau while trying to cut…..Yes this mirror was positive but I couldn’t help looking at the scale. So I just gave up on the scale. My strength remained as did my size……I started on Hydroxycut HC….and a new protein and tried to stay clean diet wise……so after about 2 months of lifting hard and eating clean…..I finally thought to myself…….you know why not see where I am on a scale. Pleasantly being surprise I cut another 10 lbs!!! 10 more to go to reach my goal! Look OUT!! Fear the REAPER!!!

Ok……having a hard time sticking to a diet that works. I’m a way too picky of an eater and I drink right around 120 to 140 oz of water a day. WHY AM I STILL HUNGRY!?!?! Taking in 250gm of protien…..200 carbs…..1950 calories……trying to eat clean but I’m not winning that battle. ARGH!!!
