back day
Today was back day. I have been focusing on my lats as they are one of my weakest areas. I did bent over rows, pull ups, dead lifts, and dumbell rows. 5 sets of 6-8 reps. i have cut down the amount of excercises i do in each workout so i can focus 100% on each one. as i am now in the bulking process i have increased the weights and decreased the reps. i think im seeing gains.
