back day

Today was back day. I have been focusing on my lats as they are one of my weakest areas. I did bent over rows, pull ups, dead lifts, and dumbell rows. 5 sets of 6-8 reps. i have cut down the amount of excercises i do in each workout so i can focus 100% on each one. as i am now in the bulking process i have increased the weights and decreased the reps. i think im seeing gains.

Chest

November 22, 2006

Sorry ive been away for a while but im back now. Finding it hard at the moment. Progress is slow. Still, had a pretty good chest and traps workout today. Heading towards crimbo. The hardest part of the year. I will probably see no gains through the crimbo period but as long as im back and firing at the start of the year then thats ok.

Arms blast

Yesterday had a really good biceps and triceps workout. They are definately slightly bigger. Not by much but it hasnt been that long.

Today is chest day. Im also going to do traps today. Im going to take some NO-Xplode now and get ready.

Gaining weight

Ok its the morning and im currently 71kg. Im expecting that to go up to 73kg by the end of the day. I can tell im gaining weight, albeit slowly, because i used to be 68-69kg in the mornings and 70-71kg by the end of the day. Its a small difference but its in the right direction and im looking to build on it. My first small goal is to reach 75kg.

gain of 4lbs!

I had a good back and abs workout today. I have gained a few pounds which is good but it will be interesting to see if i can keep that weight on. I have always fluctuated between 68kg and 73kg. I have never really been over that. So now i am roughly at my heaviest. Hopefully i can progress even more.

Calipers

September 27, 2006

I measured my body fat using my new calipers today. It read 7.85%! Wow. Im happy with that. But now i need to start gaining muscle. I am expecting my body fat % to go up a little while im bulking.
