Well hey, I first want to thank the people who have sent me messages or comments on my newest progress picture. The support and helpful advice is very encouraging. I’m going to keep kicking ass and my plan is to clean bulk for 2 months after i get back from vegas and see where i’m at. Then after that about 5 weeks of cutting up until my 27th birthday! my goal by then is to have 10-15 lbs more muscle and single digit body fat (no this isnt an april fools joke haha). failure not an option! also, i’m thinking of "archiving"/deleting some of my stats dated more than a year ago, of course i will keep them personally, but as for keeping track of my "new" progress i think it will be easier to manage through bodyspace if i clean it up a bit. ideas, suggestions?

My motivation right now is higher than ever, i’m going to vegas for my friends birthday in mid april and could not be more excited. I have been consistent with my diet and exercise routine and have added morning cardio for the next month to advance the shedding of fat and get my body in "pool mode" haha. i have a lot of work ahead of me for the next 5 weeks but i think i already have a pretty good head start.. if anyone lives in the vegas area or will be down there at the same time as me, let me know maybe we can meet up! off to the gym i go!

Oops, i guess i forgot to update this for a while.. Anyway, a lot has changed, i got a new job and i love it.. have more of a set schedule now and therefore can stick to my routine. My diet has been pretty on point, i havent done much cheating (knock on wood) and have been sticking to 1:1 protien , good fats and carbs. i’ve come a long way since june, and skiing is right around the corner so i’ve been paying attention to the winter training articles on bb.com and bumping up my cardio intensity as well as core exercises. can’t wait for the snow to start falling!

im gonna call this day 30 becuase i lost track a little bit, i’ve still been working out almost every day. today i killed my biceps and abs. Over the weekend i celebrated my 26th birthday, and it was a bittersweet entrance into my "late" 20’s i feel like i am in good shape, but then again i remember when i didnt have a care in the world, i’d eat whatever i wanted whenever i wanted, down a 12 pack of pepsi in a day, a half a pizza and not gain a bit of weight. now that is definitely not the case!

been a little while since i’ve been on here. yes i got sick again, and was out all last week.. i swear my immune system sucks! .. hopefully thats the last time i’ll be out this summer. i feel great now though, the weather has been nice and i’ve been getting outside bike riding and jogging whenever possible.. saves gas too! friday i did a dumbell/machine only chest day, no bench becuase it was used the whole time. might have even been better cause i can still kind of feel it! today i had an awesome back/bicep day . i havent been so pumped in a long time, starting to see progress now so i’ve hit the point of no return!

last day before the 3 day weekend, i hit the gym pretty hard today.. rode bike 2 miles to the gym then brutal shoulders and some moderate leg workout followed by 25 mins cardio and 2 mile bike ride home. feel great!

weather has been so nice i havent been on my computer much to blog the last couple work outs. monday was chest and triceps and yesterday i rode my bike about 4 miles to my work out (back/biceps) then 30 mins cardio, then 2 miles back home. i got a little bit of sun being out side so it didnt seem that bad! i’m down to 163 lbs

this one is for yesterday, i forgot to log it. Shoulders and some cardio , thats it. i have been feeling like i’m getting sick AGAIN so i took it kind of easy on myself. hopefully it is just temporary and nothign serious. i’ve been pretty stressed lately, maybe that has something to do with it. oh well.

the sun is finally out in Seattle and it feels like summer. I hopped on my bike today and rode to the gym for a pretty intense bicep routine. i tried to focus mostly on biceps today instead of my normal back/bicep deal. I did some light back work and added extra stretching to see if it makes a difference on the way my back feels. I’m counting down until my short term goal of july 19th which is the annual float trip . yep, the shirt comes off in public.. yikes. im going to really be paying attention to nutrition for these last few weeks and ramping up the cardio. i have my work cut out for me! wish me luck.

happy monday everyone. today i got out of bed late, so didnt do morning cardio but i made up for it tonight after my workout. my session was less than efficient becuase there were so many people there at around 8pm and i was having to wait for things or change the order of exercises almost constantly. but all in all it was an ok chest/triceps.
cooked some healthy kebobs on the bbq:
marinaded lean sirloin strips , mushrooms, peppers, onions, pineapple chunks with side of spinach salad
yumm!
