3 month routine finished
January 22, 2007This is my first blog so bare with me.I have just completed a three month routine of 5×5.It consisted of training 5 days in a row,Monday Chest and Calves,Tuesday Back and Forearms,Wednesday Legs,Thursday Shoulders and Calves and Friday Armas,Saturday and Sunday rest days.For every muscle i would do 5 exercises that consist of 5 reps.
When i started the program i was 78kg i know weigh 88 kg,my lifting stats also improved quite dramaticaly.I will now take a week break and then start a new program and at the end of the next month i will decide which program is better for me.
