It’s been the second week of school. I am starting adjust to school. Lately I’ve been trying to get as much time in the gym but couldn’t but this week, right after school, I am heading straight there and get the work done to reach my goals. No distractions just look forward straight at my destination. It’s time to get back to work, one week of eating who knows what, and working out randomly. This week it’s time to get back on the road and keep moving forward.

Junior year of high school, A brand new school. I am so optimistic about this year. Right now I am currently trying to get used to this school right now. First week has been a workload and I’ve been trying to get my workouts in. But I am still trying to reach my goals. I am trying to get back on track to eat right, drink plenty of water, and work hard at school and at the gym. Stay tuned for my next post. God is Good!

This week has been a little bit off. From football two a days I wasn’t able to complete my Max OT Workout. Since two a days ended this week, I am starting off with week 3 next week. Ahhh 1 week before school and I will work hard to get in shape. I come to realize many things, I am stressing out about alot of things about getting in shape, how people tell me what I used to be, and now I come to realize I workout for fun and to help others. There isn’t any other reason. I am in it for me, to believe in my self in order to help people. I can’t wait for week 3 to start. It’s time to lean up ! God bless.

Week 2 has been a little bit of a rough patch. I didn’t think I ate enough of my calories requirement I was way under I was usually around the 1600s average each day. Cardio was ok and lately been eating. So far right now I weight 164 and I tested my body fat using a caliper and it says 14% and I was confuse? I kept testing it and i turn out close to be 14% I didn’t believe it. I think I have to postpone my MAX OT Training since football two a days is beginning but I will resume my training any time soon. But I will eat the same calories requirement per day, drink plenty of water, and rest. And see where my results are going. Next post is going to be about football practice.

Right now I am starting out this workout call MAX OT. I was talking to someone who I knew I can get some advice and learn from and he recommend me this workout. So far I am trying to see what weights I can use so I can progressively get better from each workout. I got some more information of on my calories and this week I’ve been doing it all wrong. I am eating way under my calories requirement which is 1800. I should be eating around 2400 and adjust to see if I gain weight or not. Well stay tuned to week 2.

My goal is to achieve 6 pack abs at August 24th which is the day of my first day of school as a Junior.
I started this goal on Monday June 29th. I am trying to consume 6 meals a day, healthy food, no junk food at all. Drink a gallon of water. Workout hard and intensely. Try to get 8 hours of sleep and sleep early.
My motivation is other people who have already have a 6 pack. I think to myself and see that 6 pack and it makes me want it bad. I think about how good it would look on me.

Just finish the Ab Challenge. Seen results but what satisfied. Haven’t achieve the 6 pack yet. Last couple of week I’ve been slacking off, not working hard enough, not eating right. Now trying to let it motivate me. Will update this in the Middle of July.

Scholarship
6 Pack Abs

I am still working on getting a scholarship. I am still working hard in the weightroom and in the classroom.
Right now I am doing this Ab challenge that I subscribe to and I am currently on week 5. The workouts are hard but I know my mind will push me through the pain. I know there will be challenges to reach my goal and I will do whatever I takes to get there. But I see results on my stomach I see a four pack but not six yet but still looking forward to working hard to reach my goal
