TEAM NORTHWOODS CROSSFIT
It consisted of only 3 exercises:
1.) 20 Minute EIFB on my stationary bike. ( I pushed harder today than I have in months!)
(44 POUND KETTLEBELL)
2.) 10 Minutes of 2 HAND KETTLEBELL SWINGS. I got 267 reps!
3.) 5 minutes of 1/2 GET UPS (ABS). I got 40 reps! (3 per side and then switch hands)
This was an amazingly brutal workout. KEMPO X was on the schedule but this was more interesting!
