I QUIT!!!

Wuttup peeps. It’s been a while huh?

Well, lemme get straight to the point. 2008 was suppoesed to be a year of change and promise. It was supposed to be the year I committed to everything I did, whether it was physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and so on. It was supposed to be "MY" year. But It was wasted. From the time I made those promises to myself, I knew something would hold me back. Shit, I knew that I was just gonna be a lazy bum again, and that’s just what happened.

Well, I would like to announce that I have given up my dreams and hopes of ever developing the body I want. I’ finished. I have realized I just don’t have what it takes to build the physique of my dreams. I QUIT!!!

I am also leaving bodybuilding .com. I will no longer log on and I have decided to leave all bodybuilding aspects of my lifeĀ  ALONE. No hard feelings people.

For everyone else trying to build that physique, good luck, and I hope all goes well with your goals.

rome was not built in one night.. not in one year.. if you do alot of research you will see that it takes most people into their 20’s to build a great physique. Anyone can fall in a rut.. you just pick your chin up and get at it again..

Don’t give up man! Did you not see any positive gains toward your goals at all this year? It won’t all hapen in one year, it’s a lifestyle change. I did great at first last year, then I fell off and crapped it all out in 2 months. I lost all that I had gained. But I saw that I could do it, so I am going to try again. You can do this man! Don’t give up on yourself or your dreams.

Man, this is just the beginning for you. It is true bodybuilding is a lifestyle change. Change, at times, may be difficult, but you must never give up. If you stay with it, by the time you reach your 20s, you will be rock-solid. As Todd stated, "Never give up on your dreams nor yourself." I wish you much success. Remember, speak those things that be not as though they were. Believe and achieve! Payton
