Why is it that "some" women concentrate only on their abs? I know , theres nothing wrong with women with a six pack. I think it looks great and am working on my own 6 ( hopefully oneday, pack, hahaha. But what about the rest of the body? Working your abs only is a great set up for back injury. But, What really gets me is all these commercials we see for women , who have taken weight loss supplements, and have great abdominal tone but none any where else. Ok their legs are fine, but what about the upper body? Why dont so many women want to have strong sculpted arms too? What say you?

YAY!!!! ( the wk before, not so much) Which tells me Im taking in the right fuel, but I just need more of it to start seeing some gains.

I think my back is so much stronger for one, larger stronger muscles, and 2 : I used to do some archery, ( compund bow, my draw weight, 55 lbs). But knowing my back is so much stronger, I am motivated to push a little harder on my shoulders and chest. Still have a long way to go tho. But I WILL get there!
