Here’s another one that makes me go “HMMM”
Why is it that "some" women concentrate only on their abs? I know , theres nothing wrong with women with a six pack. I think it looks great and am working on my own 6 ( hopefully oneday,
pack, hahaha.But what about the rest of the body? Working your abs only is a great set up for back injury. But, What really gets me is all these commercials we see for women , who have taken weight loss supplements, and have great abdominal tone but none any where else. Ok their legs are fine, but what about the upper body? Why dont so many women want to have strong sculpted arms too? What say you?

Once again, I’ve got to agree. When all is said and done, Arms and Calves are revealed by women, (and men for that matter), more than any other part of the body. Unless you are at the beach or the lake or just a really daring dresser, the arms and calves are the tell-tale sign of your workout. (But we must tighten and tone every muscle because we see whats in the mirror ourselves.)

My arms are my fave part to work, o.k. abs are in there too. Hate legs, but gotta do the whole body ya know. I just can’t stand the whole thing of girls lifting 2 lb dumbells, makes my want to scream or laugh or get over there and tell em what for!

99% of the women at my gym go from the cardio machines to the ab work….if they ever leave the cardio machines at all.
