Things that make ya go “Hmmm”

Im just sitting here looking at profiles and Ive noticed something. Too many men seem to work out their upper body WAY more than their lower body. Why? Did they "Forget" they had legs? Do they think that a giant upper body and tiny lower body looks good? Are they planning to compete? Looking like THAT? Do they REALLY want to look like "Carrot Top" from the neck down?  HMMMMMMM .

    Thats a great point. I don’t work the legs too much since I’m a runner so I don’t want them too muscular. I do lots of body squats and lunges to keep them strong.

    Check out my "wheels" workout. Some of us work legs harder than any other bodypart because we know that it inspires growth all over our bodies.

    speaking of Carrot Top have you seen pics of him lately? He is getting pretty jacked. When I saw him in Flex last year I couldn’t believe it was him………..

    Here is another thing I’ve noticed upon occasion, guys that distort the picture to make muscles look bigger.

    I’m tall (6′6") and hate working legs with a passion….that’s why I’m doing it more. Guys just don’t look good with long skinny legs and I’m trying to overcome that with heavy squats and leg presses. I think that the men’s style of shorts these days lends to laziness because no one really sees you from the knees up. No more excuses for me, though. I’m hitting legs hard this year!
