Yesterday
Yesterday was a great leg day, Today, Back, shoulders, and chest. Except for my back, all very weak areas for me. I think my back is so much stronger for one, larger stronger muscles, and 2 : I used to do some archery, ( compund bow, my draw weight, 55 lbs). But knowing my back is so much stronger, I am motivated to push a little harder on my shoulders and chest. Still have a long way to go tho. But I WILL get there!
