Last Week
Saturday, January 10th, 2009Last week was a great training week for me. I took Friday and Sat. off to rest and try to store some fuel, Because Hypoglycemia is one Bad A** B*tch. Ive been lucky this week, I ate alot of complex carbs, and didnt get any "reactive Hypoglycemia". YAY!!!! ( the wk before, not so much) Which tells me Im taking in the right fuel, but I just need more of it to start seeing some gains.
