Today wasnt a total loss, : ). Iwasn’t feeling well, but worked out anyway.
Skull Crushers: 1s 25# 6r/1s 30# 2r (so sad)
dips (modified) 2s 15r
over hd press: 1s 30# 8r
Push-ups (modified) 2s 20r/15r
Lat. pull-overs 1s 25#/6r 1s 30#/2r (again, so sad)
donkey calf raises 2s/ 15r (weight= Boyfriend lying across my back,lol)
Incline (chest ) press: 2s/10r 15
bench press: same as incline
crunches/rev. crunches 20r ea.

woman, that is some good work for not feeling well.. keep on hitting it….. consistency is key to all of this…

Ditto, great job Randi. And for one who hasn’t worked out in a while, esp at 42, you look great. Wish I had your genes. I posted progress pics today on my blog (for a December self challenge), but am a bit disappointed.
