This week I have seen some GREAT progress as far as gains as well as bodyfat loss. I started to actually hit a wall at the end of last week and was feeling discouraged so I decided to change things a bit. I dropped calories a bit more and extended my carbup to a full 36 hours which I did on Saturday and Sunday. I am still doing the Keto diet so those carbups to me were essential. I added in a true depletion workout on Saturday morning which consisted of legs and a few targeted sets which hit my other bodyparts. Normally when I carbup I gain like 6-8 pounds but over the course of two days I had only gained 4 pounds! This tells me that the carbs I put in my system were well absorbed and that my muscles really benefited from that carbup.
I hit another PR in the gym during that depletion workout, squatting 315 for 2 reps. This came after a squat pyramid I did in which I did 8 sets total, with 315 being my last set. It was intense! Not bad squatting twice your bodyweight after seven grueling sets. I also was able to leg press 630×5, which was another PR. Needless to say I truly feel this stack has helped improve my strength overall.
My weight has dropped from 153-149, 149 being the lowest I have EVER been. I felt good about that but I knew after the carbup I wouldn’t be quite that low anymore. I’m going to see how far I can go this week and if I can finally see my abs soon. It’s crunch time… I leave on deployment in 2 weeks so I need to bust my ass even harder. The problem is my body won’t let me drop those last few pounds of fat quicker than I want! Pics incoming probably next week.

I am becoming very appreciative of this stack. Weighed in at 153.8 this morning, down from 157.8 the week before. I’ve definately noticed that the weightloss has slowed down, yet I seem leaner by the day. That’s a good thing so I’m keeping positive about that. Uploaded progress pics for Week 2. I’m looking forward to Week 3 and posting more pics!
I set some personal records over the weekend. I workout alone so I’m never usually daring, but I repped 90×6 on DB bench and 540×8 on the leg press. I have also increased cardio to 45 minutes of LISS at least 4x a week, depending on how my schedule goes. I am really trying to push myself in the gym and see how far this stack can take me. Time is flying though and I only have so much time before the REAL summer gets here and it’s time to hit the beach!

Feels good man. I started this cycle on Sunday, 10 May weighing in at 160lbs and today 15 May I weighed in at a shocking 152.8. I weigh myself in the morning. Holy **** did I drop mass pounds in one week. I dont know if thats good or bad, because like I said before I’m 10% bodyfat, but I am seeing my abs more and it’s only been a week! I am loving the effects so far though; cardio has been easy, workouts have been intense, and I am not doubting that 11-OXO is sticking to its product claims. I guess you can call this post my official endorsement on the product! I’ll post more progress pics after Week 2 and see where I’m at. I also blasted the Navy PRT today… 113 situps, 110 pushups, and a 10:23 1.5mile (the run wasn’t too great).

Been on the whole keto grind for a while now, but over the holidays and especially winter I lost track and took a few steps forward but more steps back. Does that make sense? lol. So as of 23 March 2009, I am back on a strict keto diet, counting my calories, cardio 6x a week and lifting 5x a week. Now that I think about it, I’ve been in a "cutting" phase for like 8 months now but only half of those months did I stick with a strict diet and put maximum effort in the gym. That has hurt my progress by far, or else I wouldn’t still be trying to cut a month a month away from summertime. But screw it, thats the past, and this is the present…
I’ve been doing strict keto since 23 March as previously stated, cutting at about 1k calories below maintenance. Currently I am around 10% bodyfat and my abs are just waiting to show past that last bit of gut fat I still carry. This has been the case for about 2 weeks though, so I started the ErgoPharm 11-OXO/AMP2 stack and I am really hoping this is what I need to get me over my plateau. Diet is on point and I will still do cardio 6x a week and lift for 5x a week. My only rest day comes on Thursday, where I do nothing and feel like a normal human being for once…

Starting my Keto diet back up on January 10, 2009 after a 6 week hiatus. Thanksgiving, Christmas and all that holiday stuff took over so I jettisoned my diet. I had been on keto since September 16, 2008 and lost about 25 pounds. But now I’m back, and I just completed my first two weeks of keto, as well as a 24hr carbup. My ultimate goal is to cut down to single digit bodyfat, which should be a few months away. I’m doing this now so I don’t have to kill myself over the summer, which is what most people do. I don’t mind the cutting process, since keto makes me feel as if I’m not really dieting at all.
