just an up date
I am currently starting my second week of rest. I have been trainning hard for over a year with no break and my tendons are shot. mon the 12th I will be back lifting and eating hoping to achieve some more strength and muscle over the next 12 weeks. till then its yoga and crdio only. some time in may I will see how close to all my goals i have come and then re evaluate. I will also be turnning 41 a couple months after that.
