			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well&#8230;.I know that with all the time off from working out hard was having its effect on me, but tonight I actually broke out the old tape measure.  I weighed in at 198&#8230;&#8230;but my waist was 36.75 and that is when I got a little depressed.  Then I figured that I should check here and see what it was last time I checked.  Gained&#8230;.great.  And it is all fat.  Then I measured the old arms and was shocked&#8230;.a full inch smaller.  And it isn&#8217;t for the better.  Reality sets in.  Wow!  That shows that I need to be a little more dedicated.  I like how this place kept me focused and on track.  SO I am back and it is time to get serious.</p>

<p>Don&#8217;t expect any replies.  This was basically for me to vent and then make a pledge to myself to fix it!

My macros were supposed to be 285 g of protein, 190g carbs, and 57g of fat.&#160; I finished the day with 279 g of Protein, 150 grams of Carbs and 46 grams of fat .

<p>Pretty happy.&nbsp; Back is sore, so no legs tomorrow.&nbsp; But the diet is pretty cool and my next weigh in is next Monday.

<p>Had a good workout yesterday and set a new PR on rack pulls (245&#215;9) and dumbbell rows (110&#215;10) and now I am feeling a little soreness in my lower back.&nbsp; Today is a rest day with cardio on Sunday.
