I have a journal that I update daily in the forums. I will try to post on here time to time. If y’all what an update view of how things are going, my journal is the place to look.
Had a good workout yesterday and set a new PR on rack pulls (245×9) and dumbbell rows (110×10) and now I am feeling a little soreness in my lower back. Today is a rest day with cardio on Sunday.
