Monday, February 12th, 2007Well end of day one on the new diet. Feel good and not hungry at all.
My macros were supposed to be 285 g of protein, 190g carbs, and 57g of fat. I finished the day with 279 g of Protein, 150 grams of Carbs and 46 grams of fat .
Pretty happy. Back is sore, so no legs tomorrow. But the diet is pretty cool and my next weigh in is next Monday.
