Well….I know that with all the time off from working out hard was having its effect on me, but tonight I actually broke out the old tape measure. I weighed in at 198……but my waist was 36.75 and that is when I got a little depressed. Then I figured that I should check here and see what it was last time I checked. Gained….great. And it is all fat. Then I measured the old arms and was shocked….a full inch smaller. And it isn’t for the better. Reality sets in. Wow! That shows that I need to be a little more dedicated. I like how this place kept me focused and on track. SO I am back and it is time to get serious.
Don’t expect any replies. This was basically for me to vent and then make a pledge to myself to fix it!

Well end of day one on the new diet. Feel good and not hungry at all.
My macros were supposed to be 285 g of protein, 190g carbs, and 57g of fat. I finished the day with 279 g of Protein, 150 grams of Carbs and 46 grams of fat .
Pretty happy. Back is sore, so no legs tomorrow. But the diet is pretty cool and my next weigh in is next Monday.

I have a journal that I update daily in the forums. I will try to post on here time to time. If y’all what an update view of how things are going, my journal is the place to look.
Had a good workout yesterday and set a new PR on rack pulls (245×9) and dumbbell rows (110×10) and now I am feeling a little soreness in my lower back. Today is a rest day with cardio on Sunday.
