			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>To all in bodyspace;what&#8217;s up?How is your training &amp; dieting?I think i got the supps down right to the point of sticking to a brand name.What am i talking about?Everyone has tried suppliments to max out on their poterntial &amp; size.Don&#8217;t get me wrong i like suppliments that work.but their are some that just don&#8217;t do d*** for what i want to achieve.Right this moment im taking superpump250,sizeon,myofusion,cytolean2&amp;<br />mitotrpin as my weapons of choice.As far as my training is going;it&#8217;s going good except for the ultra low carb days when it seems that i can&#8217;t do any reps but then i gut it out anyways.Since i have a slow metabolism i have to do up to 35reps(lightweight).Me &amp; lightweights don&#8217;t get along;but if i want to win then &#8220;light weight baby&#8221;,lol.Wil post some pics soon &amp; hopefully i can see the results in my dieting.Everyone from GMU(hardcore unit),Iron Coalition(another hardcore unit)&amp;bodyspace,thanks for all you support.Doing my best to achieve the possible.Encourage the new people to train hard.If you get into the GMU UNIT;&#8221;TRAIN HARD &amp; KEEP IT 100!!If your with the coalition&#8221;future is here &amp; now&#8221;!Keep it gangsta!Keep it hardcore &amp; don&#8217;t wear &#8220;power sandals to any workouts,lol!Peace.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Sunday is the final rest day for the 37 before my 6days on/1days off starts.Can&#8217;t hold back now cause it&#8217;s all coming down to training,dieting &amp; timing.People who come into the game doesn&#8217;t know how hard it is to stay with the training &amp; dieting that comes with it.You have to know your body if you want to be massive and/or you want a beachbody.Nobody can walk into a gym thinking that they can do db rows(155lbs)or squat 800lbs(Ronnie Coleman)&amp; think they&#8217;ll get big off of that.You have to have a plan.Same goes for women.If they want to have a Ava Cowen or an Jen Hendershott they&#8217;ve got to work their a** off to get where they want to be.Everyone on this bodyspace has to come together and teach each other how to train,diet &amp; motivate one another into reaching their goals.To my new friends,welcome and enjoy being motivated by others so you can reach your goals.To my friends who know me as a &quot;hard trainer&quot;ride or die with 37 into a new path of training &amp; motivation.To my group &quot;GMU&quot;,lifying massive weights one plate at a time.Oh yeah!One more thing,for all those who want to see my 155lb(no roids)db rows check it out at youtube.com/RafMorris37 &amp; never mind the sandals,lol.Peace,GMU!!!
