I'm doing a mock prep now since I don't know how my old ass will respond to all of the dieting and cardio.  The real deal is going down in May (and maybe November) of 2010.  I recently aggravated an old back injury, but I still managed to pull 360 on the Hammer lat machine without any pain...will get 405 the next time around!  - Keep pushin'!  MHL</description>

					<description>I see so many guys and ladies in my gym doing as many as 10 sets of 20 or more crunches and then head to McDonalds after their workout and wonder why they are not getting the abs they want. They don't realize that the Big Macs and Large Fries and Coke just defeated their purpose. Great post</description>
