Im on vacation from my job so im doing 2 workouts a day.one is cardio & the other is weights.Day1 went well with my session.Paying the price is what "GMU"is all about.Everybody want to be a champion,but no one wants to pay the price to become one.Everyone wants to become the best;to knock out the comp of stage.Everyfitness/figure woman wants the title of being the best in the industry.Camp that i rep wants to be known as "hardcore".As for my training;it’s going real good and the cardio is stepping up to where "puking"is suggested.155lb db rows wasn’t on the plan on saturday but i felt that hey,f*** it,get it done.Getting my motivation from bigpops & retread.Trust me their on when it comes to lighting a fire under me.To put in on "blastmode"gmu is in the gym putting the plan together so we can win titles & get the respect we want.To all bodybuilders keep it gangsta & stay true to the game of hardcore.To all the fitness/figure women keep it rollin and be at your best.Peace,GMU!!!

Haven’t been on here in a while because of prep reasons & "life issues".But im here now to bring you the latest of my training & cardio.My training sessions are going as plannned except for one small problem.i slightly tore my lower abs while on a hyper apperatus.never fear im training around the injury so i can finish the workout.Also,i cut back on heavy training so i can polish what i have.Now it’s all moderate but i get the bug to go heavy once in a while.Game plan is to come in at my best(240-230).Cardio:im doing 55mins every other session(incline).Doing the standards of GMU makes it easier to manage everything.So much is going on;studying,training,working(58hrs a wk).Not to mention doing a new line.Cant give that part away yet but i;ll say it’s huge.Peace,GMU!!!

CAN’T BELIEVE IT’S 16WKS BEFORE THE BIGGEST THING IN MY TRAINING IS ABOUT TO HAPPEN.RIGHT NOW IM AT 265LBS,FAR CRY FROM 283LBS.STILL WITH NO TRAINING PARTNER;I CONTINUE MY JOURNEY INTO THE UNKNOWN OF MUSCLEDOM AND ITS PREP.THIS IS NEW BECAUSE I WAS ALWAYS CONSIDERED A "MASS MONSTER "WHO CAN’T REALLY GET INTO CONTEST SHAPE.WITH THE UNIT(GMU),FAMILY & FRIENDS(ONLY A HANDFUL)IM ABLE TO START PUTTING TOGETHER ONE OF GREATEST PREP OF ALL TIME(WELL IN MY LIFTING EXPERIENCE).BIGPOPS IS ALWAYS CHECKING IN ON MY DIETING,SOME OTHERS ARE CHECKING IN ON MY PROGRESS WITH SETS/REPS SCHEME.MORAL SUPPORT FROMTHE CLIENTS FROM WHOM I’VE TRAINED.IM GOING TO CUT ALL SODIUM UNTILL MY FINAL DAY.IM ALREADY DOWN TO 75G OF CARBS & THE REST IS PROTEIN.STILL MASSIVE ON MY LIFTS BUT I KNOW I HAVE TO COOL IT WITH THE 100LB DB FLYES,65LB DB CURLS,CRAZY 315LB SQUATS SUPERSET WITH 315LB DEADS.YOU KNOW THE THING IS THAT IM TOO DAMN STUBBORN TO DO THAT(OK,MAYBE CHILL WITH SQUATS)BUT THE REST;I’LL DO WITH MY FUSION TRAINING.YO ALL OF THE MEMBER OF GMU,GET THE FIRE FOR THA BIG DAWG!!!FOR NEW MEMBERS WHO WANT TO JOIN.PUT MASSIVE WORK INTO YOUR GOALS & YOU’LL BE IN THE BEST GROUP OUT THERE.YOU THINK THE SHIRTS ARE THE A’LA CARTE’WAIT FOR THE MAIN COURSE COMING SOON TO A BODYGROUP NEAR YOU.TO ALL COMPETITORS,WEEKEND WARRIORS,FANATICS OF THE GAME KICK IT WITH BSA(BIG SHAWN ALLEN)AS HE ATTEMPTS TO GET THAT ELUSIVE CARD.TRAIN HARD & GET MASSIVE!PEACE,GMU!!!!

After the clanging of the heavy iron and the sweat from the reps and sets of a workout;you’d think that a better half would help you in anything that comes in handy but they get jealous cause their manĀ is training women.Here is someone who is trying to make a name in the training buisness &other ventures but when everytime the person trains a female;they get jealous and enraged because they don’t have the willpower to see that this person is trying to make things happen for their family.Does anyone here have that same problem?Society male/female signifigant others don’t understand that the person wants to make a living making money while helping others reaching their goals.Don’t get me wrong,i’ve got a great job but i want to train others and get certified so i can make more money to get nice things for everyone in the house.sponsership,blogs,mags,etc,.Oh yeah,the person who im talking about is my girlfriend.She never understands anything i try to do to improve the house and family.If you have a person who doesn’t understand about bodybuilding and who jealous about you training people(women included)Don’t listen cause everything will work out in the end for you and/or both.Peace,GMU!!!

Week two of my diet is going strange but good.As you know im getting down to 245lbs of brutal size and shape but sometimes you’ve gotta draw the line between eating like a pidgeon and eatig like a bodybuilder i’ve chosenthr latter.Wanted to get new pics and my new videos on here but there’s somethingwrong with youtube site that i can’t do it.It’s springtime ad everyone is in the groove to get busy and diet down for some upcoming show.For some time now i’ve been training people here and the rtesults are great so far,now i’ve started a bodygroup called"GET MASSIVE UNIT".I t consists of hardcore lifters who want to be recognized for their brutality in the gym.Both men and women are encouraged to join and share ideas on hot to gain size and mass to get sliced up come showtime.If you passion and desire to get down and get massive then join the unit.Finally,i want every month to mention a sucess story about a bodybuilder,fitness/figure,person,powerlifter,etc to let eveyone know where they came from and what are plans for the future in bodybuilding.To all of the trainers on this sight,keeep achieving sucess into helping others.To all gym rats & fitness models;keep striving to all of your goals.Get big,Get strong,GET MASSIVE!!Peace.OCB &NGA Allthe way,baby.
