Non supporting people

After the clanging of the heavy iron and the sweat from the reps and sets of a workout;you’d think that a better half would help you in anything that comes in handy but they get jealous cause their manĀ is training women.Here is someone who is trying to make a name in the training buisness &other ventures but when everytime the person trains a female;they get jealous and enraged because they don’t have the willpower to see that this person is trying to make things happen for their family.Does anyone here have that same problem?Society male/female signifigant others don’t understand that the person wants to make a living making money while helping others reaching their goals.Don’t get me wrong,i’ve got a great job but i want to train others and get certified so i can make more money to get nice things for everyone in the house.sponsership,blogs,mags,etc,.Oh yeah,the person who im talking about is my girlfriend.She never understands anything i try to do to improve the house and family.If you have a person who doesn’t understand about bodybuilding and who jealous about you training people(women included)Don’t listen cause everything will work out in the end for you and/or both.Peace,GMU!!!

Week two of my diet is going strange but good.As you know im getting down to 245lbs of brutal size and shape but sometimes you’ve gotta draw the line between eating like a pidgeon and eatig like a bodybuilder i’ve chosenthr latter.Wanted to get new pics and my new videos on here but there’s somethingwrong with youtube site that i can’t do it.It’s springtime ad everyone is in the groove to get busy and diet down for some upcoming show.For some time now i’ve been training people here and the rtesults are great so far,now i’ve started a bodygroup called"GET MASSIVE UNIT".I t consists of hardcore lifters who want to be recognized for their brutality in the gym.Both men and women are encouraged to join and share ideas on hot to gain size and mass to get sliced up come showtime.If you passion and desire to get down and get massive then join the unit.Finally,i want every month to mention a sucess story about a bodybuilder,fitness/figure,person,powerlifter,etc to let eveyone know where they came from and what are plans for the future in bodybuilding.To all of the trainers on this sight,keeep achieving sucess into helping others.To all gym rats & fitness models;keep striving to all of your goals.Get big,Get strong,GET MASSIVE!!Peace.OCB &NGA Allthe way,baby.

Spring is here

Now that spring is here,bodybuilders & fitness gals are getting ready to show their stuff either onstage or off.Guys are getting ready to ahow off their hard earned physique to the world cause of the sacrafice in being massive in the winter.Who has the hardest of the hardcore(other than metroflex,no one will ever touch them)out there.Everyone want to look their best for the spring season(i know i want to).BLKMUSCLE is getting ready for his show soon.This is his 1st show and he’ll do good onstage.To all the trainers who has given me advice on line,thank you.Peace to mrdrane,john22perry,steve78,etc.Feel free to drop me a line about training and how to slice and dice and/or getting massive.Also,drop me line if you want to look your best for comp(male/female).

Changing the game & training

This training has been the best ever,but i’ve hit a wall recently and i needed to change my tactics in my training.So i went back to the old school and found my brutal core training from 2001.Needless to say that it’s working would be an understatment.It’s got me back growing again.This is a rep scheme of 5-10-5-10 &6-12-6-12.My last set i incorporate fst-7 training to really blast bodyparts to the core of no return.Sometimes i also do 5-10-10-5.I do that on all bodyparts(except abs).To the people that im training;keep pushin cause i won’t fail you in your quest for the stage and looking your best.Example:Checkout lilbit’s progress.To all the trainers keep pushin the button to change the game so we all can be sucessful.PEACE!!!.

Staying busy

Haven’t written a post for a while because i’ve been training my ass to get in better condition while maintaining my size.Some of my friends and competitor are ahead of me because i still keep playing the size game.Make no mistake that i’ve lost some of my handles but my biggest asset is my size and im losing it to some of the competitors who want to take me out on stage and in the gym.Some of my friends and my family still don’t understand why i lift but oh well;i’ts the lifestyle i have.I love training heavy and also love training people to achieve their goals on competing and getting healthy.We’re almost at the halfway point and there’s no turning back."Mr large & unleashed"is here to stay in the game.Peace

Slicing legs

During this phase;im trying to slice my legs to match my upper body.I’ve stopped doing squats because i don’t want a big ass while dieting.My 1st superset was leg presses/db deadlifts(5sets/12reps).2nd superset was leg extensions/leg curls(4sets/12reps).3dr superset was abductors/adductors(4sets-20reps).If you think there sissy exercises;try them with heavy weights.After that i did cardio & boy that was taxing.Program that i gave myself should do the trick.Dieting still sucks but it’s for the right reasonsAnother thing,go to AZI’S bodyspace and check out his new website.Stick to your guns and "DO THE DAMN THING".Join the "Legion of hardcore".Peace.

08,year of the hit & miss

Well 08 is almost over and 09 is around the corner.Everyone was pressing to become the best that they can be.We’ve seen BBDiesel win the dexcter jackson classic;also we saw KLTexas go four for four at her shows.TridenTrue got on stage and did his thing at his 1st show.Also John22perry,MDRANE,XstevenX,Steve78 & others getting it done in various spectrums as they got in shape to rep for suppliment companies,ironmag magazines,wow!AZI IS ON FIRE RIGHT NOW!Alresdy has 2 videos out and now he has his own website out;DAMN!!!I saw the site and it’s da shit!check it out.Finally,i got into the best off-season shape in my life and now it’s time to put all together in 09.Got ekg315 pushing me.Also have PITBULLCAVEGIRL,SCORPION42,AZI AND FITCENT pushin me to know end.Also in 09,look for the "Legion Of Hardcore" to come out in the spring of 09.LARGE & UNLEASHED will be unleashed in 09 with brutal sets,hardcore work and an insane mindset.Till next time,PEACE!
