Haven’t been on here in a while because of prep reasons & "life issues".But im here now to bring you the latest of my training & cardio.My training sessions are going as plannned except for one small problem.i slightly tore my lower abs while on a hyper apperatus.never fear im training around the injury so i can finish the workout.Also,i cut back on heavy training so i can polish what i have.Now it’s all moderate but i get the bug to go heavy once in a while.Game plan is to come in at my best(240-230).Cardio:im doing 55mins every other session(incline).Doing the standards of GMU makes it easier to manage everything.So much is going on;studying,training,working(58hrs a wk).Not to mention doing a new line.Cant give that part away yet but i;ll say it’s huge.Peace,GMU!!!
