Week two of my diet is going strange but good.As you know im getting down to 245lbs of brutal size and shape but sometimes you’ve gotta draw the line between eating like a pidgeon and eatig like a bodybuilder i’ve chosenthr latter.Wanted to get new pics and my new videos on here but there’s somethingwrong with youtube site that i can’t do it.It’s springtime ad everyone is in the groove to get busy and diet down for some upcoming show.For some time now i’ve been training people here and the rtesults are great so far,now i’ve started a bodygroup called"GET MASSIVE UNIT".I t consists of hardcore lifters who want to be recognized for their brutality in the gym.Both men and women are encouraged to join and share ideas on hot to gain size and mass to get sliced up come showtime.If you passion and desire to get down and get massive then join the unit.Finally,i want every month to mention a sucess story about a bodybuilder,fitness/figure,person,powerlifter,etc to let eveyone know where they came from and what are plans for the future in bodybuilding.To all of the trainers on this sight,keeep achieving sucess into helping others.To all gym rats & fitness models;keep striving to all of your goals.Get big,Get strong,GET MASSIVE!!Peace.OCB &NGA Allthe way,baby.
