Changing the game & training
This training has been the best ever,but i’ve hit a wall recently and i needed to change my tactics in my training.So i went back to the old school and found my brutal core training from 2001.Needless to say that it’s working would be an understatment.It’s got me back growing again.This is a rep scheme of 5-10-5-10 &6-12-6-12.My last set i incorporate fst-7 training to really blast bodyparts to the core of no return.Sometimes i also do 5-10-10-5.I do that on all bodyparts(except abs).To the people that im training;keep pushin cause i won’t fail you in your quest for the stage and looking your best.Example:Checkout lilbit’s progress.To all the trainers keep pushin the button to change the game so we all can be sucessful.PEACE!!!.
