Slicing legs
During this phase;im trying to slice my legs to match my upper body.I’ve stopped doing squats because i don’t want a big ass while dieting.My 1st superset was leg presses/db deadlifts(5sets/12reps).2nd superset was leg extensions/leg curls(4sets/12reps).3dr superset was abductors/adductors(4sets-20reps).If you think there sissy exercises;try them with heavy weights.After that i did cardio & boy that was taxing.Program that i gave myself should do the trick.Dieting still sucks but it’s for the right reasonsAnother thing,go to AZI’S bodyspace and check out his new website.Stick to your guns and "DO THE DAMN THING".Join the "Legion of hardcore".Peace.
