Chest
Got to the gym today and it was a feeling of relief and a sense of tenacity.Chest was compiled of db bench press,incline db flyes,incline press,cable crossovers.All sets was from 10-20reps.Abs was done with the same vigor as was my chest workout.all ab reps were done up to 35reps.More to go untill d-day.Enjoy the ride.Peace.
