After several wks of battling hip injury and my 10hr job;im back in the saddle of precontest training.Im coming down at a good rate as far as my phase in concerned.Legs are growing very nicely.Chest is vascularity.Back is wider than ever.Dieting is a slow process,but effective to this point.Keep supporoting RafMorris37 in the quest of coming in at 235lbs.5 More months and then "watch out",Peace.
