CHEST & ABS
Well it’s week 2 of my dieting and coming down is a challenge;but a treat to stand against yourself .My workout consisted of db bench press,cable incline flyes,incline press(db’s),cable crossovers.Abs was a treat because i used various movements to do what i have to do.It’s coming down to if i want it the most and i do want it bad.It’s a ar but i’ll win the battle in the gym.Message me ya’ll.09 is in effect.Peace.
