LEGS!!!!
It was 9:55am and it was hot here in the ny;but gotta get the legs whacked.This was no ordinary leg day,it was EKG315’s leg program(pre contest at that)!First was 5 sets of squats.Then it was leg presses(2sets 0f 20)with the last one was a drop set totaling 60 reps.Wait!there’s more.Parking lot db lunges(one end of the lot to the other and coming back=1 set)Did 3 of those PL lunges.Sweat was dipping off my brow.Leg extensions was next(3sets/15reps).Finally finished off my legs with lying leg curls(3sets/15reps).He kicked my butt today in the gym,period!That’s not including cardio which is later on today ehen i walk to work.Yes i work a crazy shift(4:45pm to 3:05am)but gotta get it done.Blasting bi’s and tri’s on wed.Untill then;gotta hurl and press on.TRAIN HARD & LEAVE NOTHING LEFT.Peace.
