Back on track

After several wks of battling hip injury and my 10hr job;im back in the saddle of precontest training.Im coming down at a good rate as far as my phase in concerned.Legs are growing very nicely.Chest is vascularity.Back is wider than ever.Dieting is a slow process,but effective to this point.Keep supporoting RafMorris37 in the quest of coming in at 235lbs.5 More months and then "watch out",Peace.

After the assult

7:45pm and it was loud at the gym and i loved it.My arm workout was the shiznit and im starting to see the shape in my bi’s and seeing amount of vascularity in my tri’s.My bi’s consists of e-z curls,high cable curls,hammer curls.Tri’s consists of heavy pressdowns,one arm reverse pressdowns,rope pressdowns.After that i did cardio.Im about to bump it up to 30mins a sessions.Im about to bring the noise and get it done.Peace.

Shoulders and Abs

I haven’t blogged on in 4 days because i’ve been working my crazy shift at the plant.Anyways;i gotdown with and trained the one way i know how "hardcore",Shoulders consisted of hammer strength presses,db side raises,machine rear delt raises,db front raises,and db shrugs.Abs were worked with various exercises.Come oct,im using water and protein drinks to fuel the cutting process.Be on the lookout for dafunkydoctoc in 09.Why?cause he has a crazy shape and size.He’a going to disappoint alot of people on stage cause he’s going to win.Blk muscle’s show was pushed back untill nov 7th.We’re fine tuning his shape so he’ll be ready for nov.Peace.

CHEST & ABS

Well it’s week 2 of my dieting and coming down is a challenge;but a treat to stand against yourself .My workout consisted of db bench press,cable incline flyes,incline press(db’s),cable crossovers.Abs was a treat because i used various movements to do what i have to do.It’s coming down to if i want it the most and i do want it bad.It’s a ar but i’ll win the battle in the gym.Message me ya’ll.09 is in effect.Peace.

Arms and cardio

Everything is starting to come in and i couldn’t be much happier.I haven’t cut back on the heavy weights,just increased my reps(15 to be exact).Started my arms with alternate db curls,e-z curls,cable concentration curls,hamer curls.Triceps were pushdowns,one arm cable extensions,kickbacks.Cardio was on the readmill.I sent a pic to dafunkydoctor at 5 1/2 months out and it was good to get other feedback to let you what the deal is.I have the drive to do it and i plan to leave no stone unturn.Ask him how i look and you’ll know that i mean buisness.Peace.

LEGS!!!!

It was 9:55am and it was hot here in the ny;but gotta get the legs whacked.This was no ordinary leg day,it was EKG315’s leg program(pre contest at that)!First was 5 sets of squats.Then it was leg presses(2sets 0f 20)with the last one was a drop set totaling 60 reps.Wait!there’s more.Parking lot db lunges(one end of the lot to the other and coming back=1 set)Did 3 of those PL lunges.Sweat was dipping off my brow.Leg extensions was next(3sets/15reps).Finally finished off my legs with lying leg curls(3sets/15reps).He kicked my butt today in the gym,period!That’s not including cardio which is later on today ehen i walk to work.Yes i work a crazy shift(4:45pm to 3:05am)but gotta get it done.Blasting bi’s and tri’s on wed.Untill then;gotta hurl and press on.TRAIN HARD & LEAVE NOTHING LEFT.Peace.

Raring to go

Man oh man the heat in the gym just makes you want to die;but i love it.1st step towards a jouurney to get cut and vascular began today with shoulders & wait for it,ABS!Yes ya’ll i did my abs today and their killing me.So what!it’s bodybuilding,not intramurals.My shoulders are flowing with blood.Shoulders presses,side laterals,cable front raises,rear delt raise,db shrugs.Right now im for feeling the blood flow rather than feeling the weight of the steel.Legs are on the ticket on tuesday.Give you one clue?Double sets of squats and 30 reps on presses."GO HARD OR GO HOME"!Peace
