Tuesday, August 5th, 2008After getting jacked up on betasine & anavol hardcore it was time to hit arms.first was bb curls(5sets/15-8reps(60-120lbs).next was db curls(4sets/12reps(40-60lbs each arm)Third was one arm preacher curls(4sets/10reps(35lbs).Then came triceps.Two arm db tricep extension(80-110lbs).Next came pressdowns with straight bar(3sets/8-10reps(110lbs).It’s day 2 for my nxlabs supps and i’ve got to say that it’s working so far.Give a shoutout to azi for his performance at his show.Till we met again,Peace.
