Arms

Tuesday, August 5th, 2008

After getting jacked up on betasine & anavol hardcore it was time to hit arms.first was bb curls(5sets/15-8reps(60-120lbs).next was db curls(4sets/12reps(40-60lbs each arm)Third was one arm preacher curls(4sets/10reps(35lbs).Then came triceps.Two arm db tricep extension(80-110lbs).Next came pressdowns with straight bar(3sets/8-10reps(110lbs).It’s day 2 for my nxlabs supps and i’ve got to say that it’s working so far.Give a shoutout to azi for his performance at his show.Till we met again,Peace.

Killer leg day

You have to really geeked to do legs cause your gonna hurt after you do them as i was.First exercise was squats(4sets/12-8reps(135-365lbs).Next was leg presses(4sets/15reps(4-7plates aside).Third was db deadlifts(3sets/12reps(60lbs each hand).Followed by leg exetensions(4sets/12reps(110-170lbs).Next was lying leg curls(4sets/10reps(50lbs).After the torturous sets and reps it was time for calves.I don’t train them because they grow easily but gotta do them toshow the diamonds off,hahaha.My journey is a rigorous one but it will pay off in the end.Maybe the community will help with my decision to compete in march of 09.Peace.

Shoulders

sunday.10:15am.All alone in the gym.Just the way i like it,hahahaha.First exercise was hammer strength press(4 sets/15-6 reps(135-315lbs),.Pressing them up was a feat i want again.Next was cable front raises(3 sets/12 reps(50-70lbs).Next was db side raises(4 sets/12 reps(30lbs each arm).next was rear delt raises(3sets/’12reps).Final was BB shrugs(3sets/10reps(225lbs).my decision to do the northern kentucky will come on conditioning and time.I have the tools,the supps(nxlabs),training,but i need the people around to push for this.Give a shoutout to bdiesel for her win at the dexter jacckson cclassic.Also gives it up for blk muscle as he is preparing for his show in tennessee.KLTexas for hard work and john22perry with fitcent as they push the envelop towards their goals.Till nex time,peace.

Show

I think i’ve picked a show to do for 09 and it’s the northern kentucky on mar 14,2009.I want to come in between 235-245lbs.Got 7 months to do this and can’t leave no margin for error.My main goal is go in as a super heavyweight.If i can’t then it’s the heavyweight class.I want to win badly.Mass and shape are there;it’s the conditioning would hold me back.Let’s get it crackin and see what happens.Peace to all.
