It’s that time

Well,it’s that time to do what i said that i was going to do(cutting up).This is going to last for 4-6 months.I know my strengths and my weaknesses;that’s why i had to pose several times to asses my physique.I need more shoulder width plus more cap.hamstring depth.finally i have to nail my conditioning down to the nth degree"WTF"it takes to do it.I’ve been training several people online to get down to their best.Now it’s my time to get down to the "gritty" and get diced.From 287lbs to 232-235lbs,Get it done."SHUNT ALL THE HATERS AND WELCOME THE HARDCORE"!

    That’s what I’m talking about…I gotta work on getting my back wider and bringing up my hamstrings and calves too. I’m in the mirror after I workout at the gym as well checking how to pose as well as checking on how much I gotta improve. We are on the way bruh! Get massive and ripped!!!!
