Assult on chest
Kicking bigy smalls and 50cent made my workout so taxing.First was incline barbell presses(5sets/15-6reps(135-365lbs)Next was db press(4sets/12-8reps(80-110lbs)I wish the could carry up to 150lb db’s;Well anyways,third was incline flyes(4sets/12reps(55lbs each hand)Final was cable crossovers(4sets/12reps(90lbs)."biggie smalls was the illest"and so was me.My training will always be "BALLS TO THE WALL".As we ascend on mt.olympia;who will wear the crown?Can’t wait untill my diet stars taking off so i can be vascular and cut.Pull for me as i do this.Peace.
