Just got easier
Well i’ve on the shelf for about 4 days because of a reoccuring hip injury on monday.I worked on satuday and it was shoulders.4 days to recover taught me alot about myself and my decision about 09.Im about 75%going to go for it but i still have to put all my ducks in a row to do it.I have to get everything tested as far as my bodyfat and my conditioning is concerned.I have untill labor day to decide what to do.Whatever happens;i’ll still train hard and share secrets with the community.Untill then,peace.

Injuries suck! It is a part of this lifestyle we live and sometimes effects every little aspect of our programs. With a hip injury, that is really hard because there are so many exercises that utilize hip strength. There are lots of good, small things you can do to increase your hip power to help recover your injury faster. Check out:
