It’s that time

Well,it’s that time to do what i said that i was going to do(cutting up).This is going to last for 4-6 months.I know my strengths and my weaknesses;that’s why i had to pose several times to asses my physique.I need more shoulder width plus more cap.hamstring depth.finally i have to nail my conditioning down to the nth degree"WTF"it takes to do it.I’ve been training several people online to get down to their best.Now it’s my time to get down to the "gritty" and get diced.From 287lbs to 232-235lbs,Get it done."SHUNT ALL THE HATERS AND WELCOME THE HARDCORE"!

Kicking bigy smalls and 50cent made my workout so taxing.First was incline barbell presses(5sets/15-6reps(135-365lbs)Next was db press(4sets/12-8reps(80-110lbs)I wish the could carry up to 150lb db’s;Well anyways,third was incline flyes(4sets/12reps(55lbs each hand)Final was cable crossovers(4sets/12reps(90lbs)."biggie smalls was the illest"and so was me.My training will always be "BALLS TO THE WALL".As we ascend on mt.olympia;who will wear the crown?Can’t wait untill my diet stars taking off so i can be vascular and cut.Pull for me as i do this.Peace.

Well,it’s 3 days till i start my journey of dieting and i dread it.Sarrying around 287lbs is nice;but finishing at 232-235lbs will be ready for anything.Anyways,getting ready later on for my assult on chest.I’ll write and tell you if i survived the gym.Peace for now.

Just got easier

Well i’ve on the shelf for about 4 days because of a reoccuring hip injury on monday.I worked on satuday and it was shoulders.4 days to recover taught me alot about myself and my decision about 09.Im about 75%going to go for it but i still have to put all my ducks in a row to do it.I have to get everything tested as far as my bodyfat and my conditioning is concerned.I have untill labor day to decide what to do.Whatever happens;i’ll still train hard and share secrets with the community.Untill then,peace.

It’s 5:30pm in the late afternoon,empty inside and i like it.Time to go to work.I wish i had a spotter so i can go heavier with my reps.First was barbell  bench press(4sets/12-6reps(135-365lbs).Next was db incline press(4sets-12-4reps(60-110lbs).2sec pause at the top of the movement.Next was cable crossovers(5sets/10reps(70-100lbs)I’ve already got my posing music and i’ve got my torturous plan down to a science.Six months of grueling dieting and training till my goal.As we come down to the end of 08 i’d like to give thanks to the following;KLTexas for her win at the Lone star classic.BBDiesel for her win at the dexter jackson classicFitCent as he is about to win his class.BlkMuscle as he gets ready to step on stage in tennessee.John22perry for continued excellence in ironmag/bb.com/profile.Finally Dafunkydoc as he trains in georgia to forge his physique to perfection for his show in 09.Too many to nameAlso,give props to Stina1 as she gets ready to go for it as her transformation begins.Bodybuilding.com is numero uno in my book.Make it in your book.Peace.

On sep,1 2008 will begin my quest for the prize(a win).Im under 2wks away from making my decision to go for it.My workouts have been "hardcoe" to say the least and i want to be put into a situation where i can come into my contest with insane conditioning[something i don’t have].With a little help and lots of know how i’ll will come at 235lbs sliced and vascular.Get back to me and make my decision an easy one.Peace.

Today was a day i would love to forget because it was leg day and i wasn’t in the mood to talk to anyone.Squats was first(4sets/12-8reps(135-365lbs).Next was leg press(4sets/12reps(7-10plates a side);very heavy to say the least but gotta do them.Next came straight leg deadlifts(4sets/10reps(225lbs).Then came leg extensions(4sets/10-6reps(120-180lbs)Final was lying leg curls(sets/10reps(50lbs).THIS IS NOT A GAME!This is reality.Gotta train the wheels to roll over the competition.08 is almost gone;but not forgotten.We’ve seen everyone do their thing.Now it’s my time to my thing.Support bodybuilding.com as they continue to pass everyone in their tracks.As for me;gotta to feed the monster,myself.Peace for now.

Having the weight of the world on your shoulders requires a broad back.Foetunatly i have such that.Opening exercise was barbell bent rows(4sets/10reps(135-225lbs).Next was db rows(4sets/8reps(75-100lbs).Third exercise was hammer strength rows(3sets/8reps(135-315lbs).If you thought that was hard try my last exercise wide grip pulldowns superset with one arm cable rows(4sets/12reps).This week we are focusing on KLTEXAS & Her bid to win the lone star classic.Also,hit me up on my bodyspace and give me someone whom you want me write about.To all competitors;im coming in 09.To all my friends;show support to your fellow competitors cause when you’re on that stage it’s you against everyone else(mano a mano).Peace to all.
