Today was back day and i wasn’t going to leave any left at the gym.Warmpu was 2sets of reverse grip pulldows(20 reps).First exerccise was corner rows(4sets-12-6reps/2-5plates).Next exercise was db rows(4sets-10reps/80-110lbs)Final exercise was low rows(3sets-10reps/315lbs).Thick and dense was the name of the game in the workout."Dont be a sellout,blow it out".Peace.
