Today was arms and i wasn’t going to leave anything at the door.Biceps was on the menu.First was cambered bar curls(4sets-15-6reps/135-185lbs)Next was preacher curls(4sets-12reps/135lbs)Final was alternate db curls(3sets-15reps)with a drop set(50lbs-35lbs)Next came triceps.First was a superset with skullcrushers &close grip presses(4sets-12reps/135-185lbs)2nd exercise was tricep pressdowns[elbows in](3sets-12reps/120-180lbs)Last was cable kickbacks(3sets-15reps).At close to 300lbs i can’t afford to slip and let any competitor outwork me in the gym and on stage.Ceck out this years usa’s.My bet is that curry will turn pro tonight.Curtis bryant looks like a phenom on stage.Brandon ray is very conditioned,but he missed his peak and will settle for 2nd.Super-heavyweights looks weak this yr.If sean allen can come in as he did at his last 2 shows;then he will finally turn pro.It’s anybody’s ballgame tonight.Beef up and train your butt off so you can show your stuff at a show.Bodybuilding forever!Peace out.HIT MY BODYSPACE AND SAY "WHAT’S UP.Out.
