Torture and pain was the dish today for legs.Warmed up with leg extensions(2 sets-20 reps).Launcched into heavy presses(5 sets-15 reps(5 sec rep pause till failure).Next was heavy leg extensions(3 sets-15 reps).Hams were next on the list.Leg curls(5 sets-12 reps).easing back into it but my legs grow easily.Till next time.Peace.
